We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, employee management skills, and hands-on experience in HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end Recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-up)
Onboarding & Documentation (offer letters, joining formalities, ID creation)
Attendance & Leave Management
Payroll coordination with accounts
Maintain employee records and HR reports
Handle employee queries and resolve issues
Conduct induction programs and employee engagement activities
Assist in performance appraisal process
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
Coordinate with management for HR requirements
Required Skills
Good communication (Tamil & English)
Basic HR compliance knowledge
MS Excel & HR software knowledge (preferred)
Recruitment & people management skills
Problem-solving attitude
Ability to multitask
Qualifications
Any degree (MBA HR preferred)
1-3 years HR experience
Freshers with good communication can also apply (if you want to allow)
