Preparation of Full and final settlement.
Preparing of New joinee Visiting card laptop and other requirement (If necessary).
Manage the Onboarding process and relieving formalities.
Employee insurance handling.
Monthly expenses checking.
Requirements
:
A Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
Minimum 06 months to 1 year of experience working as an HR executive or HR officer.
Excellent communication skills.
Superlative interpersonal and conflict-management abilities.
Energetic with a can-do attitude.
Excellent presentation skills.
Hands-on experience at MS Office and relevant HRIS programs.
