Drafting and implementing HR policies
Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
Maintaining confidentiality and ethical HR practices
6. Communication & Coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Coordination between management, staff, and departments
Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
7. Technical / Software Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with HRMS or payroll software
