Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing



Talent acquisition and onboarding Screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates Workforce planning and job posting management

2. Employee Relations



Handling employee grievances and conflict resolution Maintaining positive work culture Conducting employee engagement activities

3. HR Operations



Attendance, leave, and payroll management Maintaining employee records (HRMS / Excel / ERP) Ensuring compliance with labour laws and school policies

4. Performance Management



Supporting appraisal and evaluation processes Tracking KPIs and performance goals Assisting in training and professional development

5. Policy & Compliance



Drafting and implementing HR policies Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) Maintaining confidentiality and ethical HR practices

6. Communication & Coordination



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Coordination between management, staff, and departments Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities

7. Technical / Software Skills



Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with HRMS or payroll software Email and digital documentation skills

8. Organizational & Analytical Skills



Time management and multitasking Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Detail-oriented and proactive
