. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations, enhancing departmental performance, and contributing to employee satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor departmental KPIs and suggest improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
Coordinate and collaborate with department heads to plan and execute hospital-wide initiatives and programs.
Support the HR Manager in handling employee life cycle processes, including disciplinary actions and terminations as per policy.
Prepare and present various reports related to departmental performance and HR metrics.
Address and resolve employee conflicts and complaints professionally.
Drive and organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
Tamil and English
.
Ability to create reports, presentations, and documentation in various formats.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, including delegation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Human Resources
or a related field is
mandatory

Minimum
5 years of experience in HR

3 years as an HR Generalist

Prior experience in a
