Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Prepare new hire paperwork and support onboarding and orientation activities.
Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs and responding to employee inquiries.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (e.g., attendance, leave, and overtime).
Help organize and coordinate HR projects, training sessions, and company events.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
Assist in handling employee relations issues by documenting and routing concerns to HR management.
Generate HR reports and maintain HR databases as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and maintaining HR forms and templates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role preferred.
Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
