Assist in end-to-end recruitment (Support lead generation and follow-upsfor training programs and certification courses, screening, scheduling interviews).
Communicate with potential students and clients to explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes
Maintain and update Student records, attendance & lead database in system.
Support training and developmentprograms for staff and faculty.
Help design and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
Address basic employee & Students queriesand ensure smooth internal communication.
Contribute to market researchand competitor analysis.
Assist in organizing employee engagementactivities and events.
Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed properly.
