The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations. The role also involves managing administrative tasks such as office maintenance, vendor management, and documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
Handle the entire recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases (attendance, leave, personal files).
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Prepare and process payroll inputs and maintain statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
Manage grievance handling and support disciplinary procedures when required.
Prepare HR reports and assist in HR audits.
Administration:
Manage office administration including housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance.
Oversee procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff and guests.
Handle vendor and service provider relationships and payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and statutory norms.
Support management in implementing company policies and internal communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR and administration (manufacturing/service sector preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (attendance/payroll systems).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
