Qualification : BBA/ MBA /MSW & Any relevant Qualification.
Roles & Responsibility;
Must has prior garment industry experience.
Actively source and recruit skilled and unskilled labor within local communities.
Conduct outreach activities, including visiting local areas and distributing flyers.
Maintain a database of sourced labor and track recruitment progress.
Screen candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.
Coordinating and communicating with various departments regularly.
Assist in payroll functions.
Manage employee leave record and prepare leave report if required.
Manage claims with government authorities ( PF, Maternity, etc.)
Review and update all legal documents/certificate/license b regularly.
Do proper monitoring at the workplace regularly and solve the compliances issues.
Handle Work Injury Compensation case.
Organize, execute & plan for budget for employee welfare programs (company events & bonding activities).
Conduct orientation for new staff.
Work closely with managers/superior to provide advice, assistance and follow-up on employee.
We're mostly preferable candidates in Garments field.
