HR Executive (Construction & Steel Fabrication Industry)

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who has previously worked in EPC construction, contracting, or steel fabrication companies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for site roles like engineers, supervisors, senior engineers, MEP , planning engineers, QS/Billing engineers, etc.

The primary focus will be recruitment and building a strong talent pipeline for our ongoing and upcoming projects. Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in Payroll, ESI, PF, PT, onboarding, attendance management, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, onboarding. Understanding manpower requirements for construction & fabrication projects and hiring accordingly. Maintain and update employee records, attendance sheets, and HR databases. Manage Payroll processing and statutory compliance including ESI, PF, PT and other HR documentation. Coordinate with department heads and site teams to track manpower movement. Handle joining formalities, induction, and employee engagement activities. Ensure smooth HR operations, grievance support, and HR reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management / MBA in HR or equivalent specialization (mandatory). 5-8 years of HR experience specifically in construction, EPC, contracting, or steel fabrication companies. Strong understanding of recruitment for project sites and fabrication workshops. Good knowledge of Payroll and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, PT). Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools. Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and must be proactive.
