The HR Executive will manage the company's human resources operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with organizational policies. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
-- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update
employee records
, attendance, and HR documentation.
Handle
HR policies
, procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate
payroll inputs
, leave management, and benefits administration.
Conduct
induction and orientation programs
for new hires.
Assist in
performance appraisal
and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee queries and grievances promptly and effectively.
Support management in implementing
training and development
programs.
Prepare
HR reports
, maintain HRMS data, and assist in audits.
Promote a
positive work culture
and employee welfare programs.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and handle pressure professionally.
