Graduation in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent preferred)
Additional HR certification or diploma will be an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum 1.5 to 5 years of experience in HR operations or related field
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
HR Executive
who is familiar with end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee management. The ideal candidate will handle HR functions including payroll, PF, ESIC, attendance, and wage sheet management for employees at our Ennore unit.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management
Prepare and manage monthly wage/salary sheets and ensure accurate payroll processing
Handle statutory compliances such as
PF, ESIC, and professional tax
Coordinate with accounts and management for salary disbursement
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws
Support recruitment, performance tracking, and employee engagement activities
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR documentation
Prepare periodic HR reports and assist with audits
Skills Required:
Sound knowledge of
PF, ESIC, payroll, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
