HR Executive / HR Manager

RG Elder Care Foundation - Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu



RG Elder Care Foundation, a reputed elder care and healthcare service provider headquartered in Coimbatore, is looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Executive / HR Manager to join our team.

The role involves handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and payroll. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to create a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding - Source, screen, interview, and onboard staff.
Payroll & Attendance - Process payroll, maintain leave and attendance records.
Statutory Compliance - Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
Employee Relations - Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
HR Policies - Maintain and implement HR policies and documentation.
Performance Management - Support appraisals and training needs.
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW (HR) / BBA in HR.
Experience: 2-5 yearsof HR experience (healthcare/NGO sector preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Salary

?9,000 - ?25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
