We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented

HR

to oversee and manage key HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a productive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes across functions. Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee life cycle management. Administer payroll coordination and ensure adherence to statutory compliances. Drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen internal communication. Support performance management and training & development programs. Maintain HR data, reports, and ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with business heads to address manpower planning and HR strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. 6-10 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills. Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office tools.
