Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end
recruitment
process -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update
employee records
and HR databases.
Manage
attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

Support
performance management
and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws
and company policies.
Assist in
employee engagement activities
and grievance handling.
Prepare and share periodic
HR reports
and MIS.
Coordinate with internal departments and management for HR-related requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in IT / Manufacturing / Service sector).
Good knowledge of
labour laws and HR operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office and HRMS tools

Ability to multitask and work independently.
