We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience to handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude toward people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and leave data.
Manage employee attendance, leave, and performance records.
Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and assist in audits and inspections.
Support HR projects, policies, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience (preferably in [hospitality/service/retail/etc.]).
Knowledge of labor laws, HR software, and payroll systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
