to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will help manage recruitment, handle employee relations, assist in compliance and execute HR processes smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job advertisements, sourcing, screening, scheduling & interviews, onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR database, attendance and leave system.
Assist in payroll coordination, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws).
Support development & implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Act as point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and leave.
Assist in performance appraisals and feedback processes.
Conduct / assist with training and orientation for new joiners.
Organize employee engagement activities / welfare programs.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance in India.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HR software/HRIS is a plus.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
