Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical, paramedical, and non-medical positions.
Coordinate with department heads to assess staffing requirements.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding formalities.
Maintain updated employee records and organizational charts.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment.
Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication drives.
Ensure smooth resolution of interpersonal or disciplinary issues.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management
Oversee attendance tracking and leave management systems.
Coordinate with the finance department for timely and accurate payroll processing.
Handle employee benefits, insurance, and medical claims.
4. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and hospital HR policies.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections by statutory bodies.
5. Performance Management
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Assist in setting KPIs and evaluating performance across departments.
Recommend training or development plans based on performance outcomes.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs and organize in-house or external training programs.
Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
7. HR Administration
Maintain employee files, HRMIS data, and documentation as per hospital policy.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Assist in policy formulation and process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR Management / MBA in HR / Hospital Administration.
Experience:
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
