Job Description

An HR Specialist is a professional responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions. They prepare compensation and benefits packages, set up company policies, maintain updated employee records and ensure a healthy workplace by providing HR procedures.

HR Executive responsibilities include

Preparing and reviewing compensation and benefits packages Administering health and life insurance programs Implementing training and development plans
equirements and skills

Proven work experience as HR executive Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process Familiarity with full cycle recruiting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving abilities Team management skills MBA/MA in Human Resources or relevant field 3 to 5 years of experience Recruitment Knowledge is added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
