Mechanical, Design, Production, Quality, and Maintenance

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
Manage job postings on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical rounds.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
HR Operations
Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, and personal files).
Coordinate payroll inputs, confirmation, and appraisal processes.
Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communications.
Employee Engagement
Support employee welfare, grievance handling, and communication activities.
Assist in policy implementation and compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of
Mechanical/Manufacturing/Engineering profiles
.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR databases.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Familiarity with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) preferred.
Qualification:
Any Graduate / MBA in HR / Industrial Relations.
Technical knowledge or background in Mechanical Engineering
is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 1 yr Recruitment experience in
Fabrication, Automotive, Machine Design, or Manufacturing
industries.
Worked with positions like
Design Engineer, Production Engineer, Quality Engineer, Project Engineer, etc.
