So, what will you be doing here?
? You'll own the recruitment process from start to finish--finding the right fit, making offers, and making sure their first day feels like a warm welcome, not a checklist.
? We don't just want someone who listens, we want someone who hears. You'll hold regular check-ins with employees, catch potential concerns early, and make sure voices across teams are heard.
? From team-building games to festival celebrations, you'll make sure work is a place people want to be. Got creative ideas for employee engagement? Bring them on!
? You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of employee attendance and leave, supporting payroll processing by providing timely and accurate salary-related inputs, and serving as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from employees regarding policies, procedures, and documentation.
? You'll work with managers during appraisals, keep an eye on employee development, and help suggest training that makes a difference.
? It's not the most glamorous part, but it's important. You'll ensure we stay compliant, update policies as needed, and keep things transparent and fair.
? When someone moves on, you'll make sure the process is smooth, conduct exit interviews, and gather honest feedback to help us do better.
What we're looking for:
? Around 2+ years of experience in an HR role
? Great people skills and a natural at building trust
? Someone who handles confidential info with utmost integrity
? Comfortable handling grievances, performance chats, and everything in between
? Familiar with labor laws and HR best practices
? A doer. A thinker. A people-first professional.
