The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. You should be familiar with modern sourcing techniques and have a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Draft job descriptions and post job ads on relevant platforms
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Assist in employer branding and employee referral programs
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports and analytics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)
Familiarity with ATS and HR software (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
