Job Description

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategies. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and face-to-face) and coordinate further rounds with stakeholders. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment dashboards. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process. Negotiate offers and close positions within defined timelines. Support employer branding initiatives and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and hiring best practices.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
