Support Performance Appraisal System & review cyclesAssist in HR policy implementation
Learn & contribute to 360 feedback process
Support employee engagement initiatives
Maintain HR records & provide HR support
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field
Knowledge of PMS, policies & feedback systems
Good communication & willingness to learn

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
