Key Requirements:
1. Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
Hands-on experience in independently managing payroll, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other statutory obligations.
Proficient in online filing of EPF and ESI returns.
Must be capable of maintaining and updating all relevant statutory records and registers as per compliance requirements.
2. Technical Skills:
Fast and accurate typing speed.
Strong command over MS Office, particularly:
Excel functions: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF conditions, data validation, etc.
Ability to generate MIS reports as required.
