1. Maintenance of employee database. (employee names, addresses, salaries etc.)
2. Maintaining /Updating Leave Records.
3. Follow up of Confirmation Records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus etc.
4. Preparation of Salary Statement and Overtime statements.
5. Prepare the full and final settlement of the employees.
6. Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
7. Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip, leave encashment and full & final settlements.
9. Calculation of EPF, ESI and return filing. (Including Online Return).
10. Prepare and submitting employee's EPF claim.
11. To assist Accounts Manager when ever necessitates.
