Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and attendance.
Support employee engagement programs, training, and performance reviews.
Draft and update HR policies in line with company goals and labor laws.
Conduct inductions and exit formalities.
Coordinate with management to implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience as HR Executive / HR Associate (Freshers with strong interest in HR may also apply).
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS is an advantage.
