We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle
gate pass management
, support the
recruitment process
, and ensure accurate
attendance tracking
. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to multitask, and a working knowledge of HR procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
? Gate Pass Coordination:
Manage and track gate pass issuance for employees, visitors, and contractors
Coordinate with security and administration teams for access approvals
Maintain proper documentation and logs for audit purposes
Ensure adherence to company policies for entry/exit protocols
? Recruitment Support:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support onboarding process and documentation
? Attendance & Timekeeping:
Monitor daily attendance and resolve discrepancies
Maintain biometric/attendance records and generate reports
Support payroll team with accurate attendance data
Track leaves, late comings, and early exits
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in gate pass coordination or attendance management
Familiarity with HR software and attendance systems
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
