Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation of all HR-related activities.
Assist in
payroll processing
, salary structure preparation, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.).
Draft and issue HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training & development activities when required.
Assist in performance appraisal process and maintain HR MIS reports.
Foster a healthy work environment by addressing grievances and promoting employee engagement.
