We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS
Support payroll processing and attendance management
Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Assist with performance review processes and documentation
Maintain HR documents such as HR policies, forms, and templates
Support audits and other compliance-related tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong Knowledge in Payroll Process And Attendance Management
2-5 years of experience in HR or related role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and experience with HR software/HRMS is a plus
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting
Good understanding of payroll processing
Experience organizing employee engagement events
