Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, including conducting orientation and training sessions, and manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal system, guide managers and employees on goal-setting, and support professional development.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
HR Policy & Compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, and ensure the organization and its employees comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and implement activities to boost employee satisfaction and foster a positive workplace culture.
Strategic Contributions:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and contribute to organizational growth
