Requirements:-
Employee Relations:
Managing employee grievances, disputes, and complaints; conducting investigations into misconduct; and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Labor Relations:
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions; negotiating collective bargaining agreements; and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
Policy & Procedure Development:
Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, including those related to employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
Training & Development:
Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Grievance Handling:
Managing the grievance process, ensuring fair and timely resolution of employee complaints.
Dispute Resolution:
Facilitating the resolution of workplace conflicts and disputes.
Union Management:
Working with labor unions on negotiations, contract administration, and other labor-related matters.
Performance Management:
Overseeing the performance evaluation process, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.
