Human Resources (HR) Executive / Manager

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented HR professional to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. This role requires

1-2 years of experience

in HR operations, strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a good understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Staffing:

Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related issues. Foster a positive work culture and manage employee grievance redressal. Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance:

Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts). Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage HR documentation, policies, and procedures.

Performance Management:

Assist in setting KPIs and performance appraisal processes. Support managers in performance review discussions and career development plans.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs. Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

Payroll & Benefits:

Coordinate with the finance team for salary processing. Manage employee benefits, leaves, and insurance.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR operations (2-3 years). Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS software is a plus. Knowledge of multiple languages (English, kannada or Telugu or Malayalam, Tamil preferred) to effectively interact with diverse employees.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
