Recruitment and Selection
:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for positions within the jewelry business.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various roles.
- Participate in job fairs and industry events to attract talent to the organization.
2.
Onboarding and off boarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Manage off boarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
3.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues, such as conflicts or grievances, in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
4.
Training and Development
:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Assist in identifying training needs and developing training plans to address skill gaps.
5.
Performance Management
:
- Support the performance management process by assisting in setting performance goals, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback to employees.
- Assist in administering performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions as needed.
6.
Compensation and Benefits
:
- Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and employee benefits enrollment.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits-related paperwork.
7.
HR Administration
:
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
