Job Description

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Designing and administering compensation and benefits packages, ensuring they are competitive and align with company objectives.

HR Policy Development and Implementation:

Creating and updating HR policies, ensuring they are aligned with legal requirements and company values.

Training and Development:

Identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and fostering employee development.

Legal Compliance:

Ensuring the company complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Employee Engagement and Welfare:

Implementing initiatives to boost employee morale, promote work-life balance, and enhance overall well-being.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Maintaining HR records, tracking key metrics, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
