Recruitment & Staffing

Source candidates via job portals and social media Screen resumes and schedule interviews Draft and post job descriptions Conduct background checks and onboarding sessions

Employee Lifecycle Management

Handle onboarding and induction programs Maintain employee records and HR databases Manage offboarding and exit interviews

HR Operations

Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR documents Update and manage HRIS systems Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Payroll & Benefits

Verify attendance and leave records Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration

Employee Relations

Address grievances and resolve conflicts Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions

Policy Implementation

Develop and enforce HR policies Monitor adherence across departments

Required Skills



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations Leadership and problem-solving capabilities High level of confidentiality and attention to detail

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in HR or a related role Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools
