Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Internshala
Source and screen candidate resumes based on job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Maintain candidate and employee records in Excel or HR software
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Assist in other HR operations as needed
Requirements:
Any graduate (MBA in HR is a plus but not mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience
in recruitment and resume screening
Good communication and coordination skills
Intermediate MS Office skills
(especially Excel & Word)
Ability to multitask and work independently
