Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs
Source and screen candidates as per client requirements
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Communicate job offers and onboarding details to selected candidates
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure timely closure of positions
Support in HR documentation and reporting
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment process
Ability to multitask and handle deadlines
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Assist the HR team in day-to-day operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
