We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic
HR Executive (Fresher)
to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for human resource management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is starting their HR career and looking to grow in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (screening, scheduling interviews, follow-up)
Maintain and update employee records
Coordinate onboarding and induction processes
Support HR operations like attendance tracking, leave management, etc.
Draft HR letters and maintain documentation
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication in English
Basic understanding of HR functions and practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
Any degree (BBA / MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers are welcome
Should be available for immediate joining
