Key Responsibilities:



Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data. Support employee engagement activities and internal communication. Coordinate with payroll team for HR inputs and documentation. Help manage performance reviews and probation tracking. Handle basic compliance and HR administrative tasks.

Requirements:



Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a HR role. Basic understanding of HR software/tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
