We are looking for an HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to assist in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of payroll inputs and a strong understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-up.
Conduct onboarding formalities and maintain employee records.
Prepare monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leaves, new joiners, resignations, and variable pay.
Coordinate with the payroll/finance team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives like birthday celebrations, festival events, and wellness sessions.
Maintain and update HR MIS reports including headcount, attrition, and manpower status.
Address employee queries related to attendance, leave policies, and payroll.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of payroll components (CTC, deductions, statutory compliance like PF/ESI).
Familiarity with attendance and leave tracking systems.
Experience using job portals like Naukri, NSC, LinkedIn, etc.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for payroll & HR reporting.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration or MSW
1-2 years of HR experience with exposure to payroll and generalist HR activities
Experience in the retail or pharma industry will be an added advantage
