1) Handle legal liasoning, interactions with Govt. bodies like factory license, Annual return, Haf yearly return, TNLWF, OT exemption etc.
2) To handle, execute and complete pre and post Recruitment activities (employee Entry to Exit).
3) Responsible to attend to all issues related to Time office, Payroll, ESI & PF Processing.
4) Co-ordinate with the Security, ADMIN helpers and ensure that the office is opened /closed as per
the office timings, the office assets are being accounted for and maintained as per the required
Standards.
5) Responsible for checking and approval of OT
6) Responsible for AMC renewals for Generator, RO water, lift, crane etc.
7) Responsible for updating, monitoring statutory registers of factory like Form 25, form 12 etc
8) Coordinate and organize for repair and maintenance of the office, Maintain rate contract and agreements
With vendors
9) Responsible for training need analysis for all employees in all departments
10) Responsible for arranging training for all departments as when required and arrange for employee engagement programs.
11) Responsible for preparing organization chart and conducting exit interview for all employees.
12) Responsible for implementing PMS (performance management system) in the company.
13) Responsible for conducting Meeting with various departments and make sure meetings are conducted as per meeting schedule.
14) Responsible for preparing Job description of employees within one week who has joined newly to the company.
15) Responsible for arranging and issue of IDcards for all employees, Simcards, Datcards based on eligibility. Get Competitive quotes from the vendor on a need basis.
16) Responsible for monitoring housekeeping activities.
17) Coordinate and organize for repair and maintenance of the office, Maintain rate contract and agreements
With vendors
RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING REPORTS:
Generate the checklist of bills/Payments to be paid on a monthly basis (EB/Telephone/Internet/etc.), send the monthly bills, and payments to Accounts well before the due dates and ensure payments are made at the right time, also ensure no penalty is not attracted for any case.
ISO related reports.
Weekly status report.
