We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and junior positions
Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), social media, and internal databases
Conduct initial screening through phone or video interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Follow up on documentation and pre-onboarding formalities
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of hands-on recruitment experience
Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Proactive and target-driven attitude
