Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated

HR Executive (Fresher)

to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Handle onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Support payroll processing and HR compliance. Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance workplace policies.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Qualification:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage HR operations efficiently. Knowledge of MS Office and HR software tools is an advantage. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
