Job Summary:

The Healer Foundation is seeking a passionate and skilled

HR Executive

to support our team in managing human resource functions and contributing to organizational growth. This role requires someone who is people-centric, organized, and ready to work in the development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination Maintain employee records and HR documentation Conduct onboarding, induction, and exit formalities Handle leave, attendance, and assist with payroll support Plan and organize training, workshops, and HR programs Ensure HR legal compliance and maintain policy documentation Support employee engagement and welfare activities Prepare HR reports and assist in audits

Eligibility Criteria:

Master's Degree

in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field (

mandatory

) 0-2 years of HR experience (NGO or development sector experience is a plus) Strong communication in

Tamil and English

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR tools Good interpersonal skills, empathy, and attention to detail

Salary Offered:
