: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs
Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Maintain a recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of positions.
Assist in
payroll processing
and coordination with accounts/finance
Maintain employee records (joining, attendance, leave, etc.)
Support in implementation of
HR policies and procedures
Handle
statutory compliance
: PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.
Manage employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and exit formalities
Coordinate training and development sessions
Ensure HR documentation and filing is up-to-date
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related field); MBA in HR is a plus
2-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and generalist HR functions
Prior experience in
manufacturing/plant-based
environment is preferred
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and job portals
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
