Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Manage the onboarding and induction process for new employees. Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal information, attendance, leaves). Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, etc. Assist in organizing training & development programs. Taking care employee Entry & Exit formalities Handle administrative tasks related to HR such as documentation, letters, and reports. Support in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in an HR role. Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
