Job Description

The HR Executive must be able to manage our company's recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations) Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them.

To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Experience in sourcing, recruiting and hiring process.Knowledge in accessing portals like naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc. Administering all the hiring processes of new employees. Helping during the payroll process. Working with departmental heads during appraisals Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Overseeing the employee's termination process. Counseling employees as and when required. Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation. Managing workplace safety, issues and complaints. Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
