Job Description

1. Recruitment and Staffing



Drafting job descriptions and posting openings. Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews. Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Handling offer letters and onboarding processes.

2. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding



Organizing orientation sessions for new employees. Ensuring new hires complete all required documentation. Managing exit interviews and offboarding procedures.

3. HR Administration



Maintaining employee records (attendance, leaves, performance, etc.). Managing HR databases and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Handling HR documentation like contracts, policies, and disciplinary actions.

4. Payroll and Benefits Administration



Coordinating with finance or payroll departments for salary processing. Managing employee benefits (health insurance, PF, ESI, etc.). Resolving payroll-related queries from employees.

Pay: ?9,154.33 - ?30,435.03 per month
