2. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
Organizing orientation sessions for new employees.
Ensuring new hires complete all required documentation.
Managing exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
3. HR Administration
Maintaining employee records (attendance, leaves, performance, etc.).
Managing HR databases and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Handling HR documentation like contracts, policies, and disciplinary actions.
4. Payroll and Benefits Administration
Coordinating with finance or payroll departments for salary processing.
Managing employee benefits (health insurance, PF, ESI, etc.).
Resolving payroll-related queries from employees.
