Supervise HR Operations
Recruitment timeline, Identify, Develop relationship with channels for recruitment of healthcare professional from within and from surrounding states
Identify and explore new avenues for recruitment, use of Campus Interviews, online portals, social media, consultants, employment exchange, job mela etc
Employee engagement: Plan and Implement employee engagement programs, increase staff engagement level, job satisfaction survey etc
Statutory compliance fillings 100% at Unit level as per govt norms and corporate guidance
New employees onboarding, documentation, induction programs, employee codes etc
Grievance Handling: Offer suitable counselling, action thru committee etc
Establish happy working atmosphere, working culture, ethical practices etc with management support

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
