HR Executive

to manage

daily HR operations

while focusing primarily on

recruitment and talent acquisition

.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain attendance records, employee files, and HR databases. Support day-to-day HR activities such as leave management, documentation, and compliance. Coordinate employee engagement activities and provide HR support to different teams. Generate regular recruitment and HR activity reports for management.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience

in recruitment/HR operations. Strong knowledge of sourcing methods (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.). Good understanding of attendance management and daily HR activities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
